Help with HP Latex 64 plus cutter

I recently bought a HP latex 335 printer that comes with the HP Latex 64 plus cutter. I can send and cut without any problem using the Production Manager, but when I try to cut something from Flexi Print & Cut, the cutter wakes up but it doesn't start cutting. I've tried everything but nothing works.

Help me please!
