Color profiling problems
Good morning, I installed the new version of Flexi 22 a few days ago but I have serious problems creating an ICC profile. In the previous version 21 using my X-rite eyeOne Isis 2 I was able to safely complete the creation of profiles for my machines but in version 22 at the first opportunity to have to print colors to be scanned then with the spectrophotometer, the program freezes and closes preventing me from continuing. I tried to do a complete and clean uninstallation and download the program again but the situation does not change. I state that the computer on which it is installed has just been formatted and the hardware features are very good. I tested the spectrophotometer with the X-rite diagnostic tool and it works perfectly. How can I solve it?
