Uscutter laserpoint 3

I recently purchased uscutter laserpoint 3 and everything seeems to work except the arms function in flexi....i can do regular cutting with it and it works great.. I thought there was an issue with the arms module but using a different software it works just fine. Unfornuately that other software will not work with my large format printer... Is there perhaps a more current driver or some special hidden options that I can adjust to make this work in flexi.... When i send a contour cut to it from flexi, flexi has a massage pop up that says "when the cutter has finished mark detection to press ok" but the cutter never starts looking for marks
