Preview Pane

Hi everyone,

We are running 3 computers with of Flexi 21.

In the paper print preview pane, when I change the paper size the preview pane does not change as it has in previous versions of Flexi.

All 3 computers do the same thing.

The build number is 3614.

Any thoughts?

    Hi Jody,

    How recently did you install Flexi 21? Which preview pane is it? Is it in the RIP and Print window or the generic print window (File > Print)?

    There is a bug since V19 that has yet to be fixed where the orientation must be toggled upon entering the Rip and Print despite media size. Once you toggle Up, Dow, Left, or Right and then select your preferred orientation then it's all good.

    I still run PM V11 in my environment and it works perfectly. I'm really surprised more people haven't complained about this given the length of time this has been a problem.
