Enroute - Control Key functions not working

Hi to all the community, has anyone had any problems with any of the control key stroke functions not working?

We cannot group/ungrpoup, edit/undo or control D for duplicate in Enroute 7. All functions work with the mouse clicks and yes we can copy using the control key and the mouse selection.

Any help would be appreciated where to fix this.
